I thought this was a good company, but I followed all the instructions on the website, and what I intended to order wasn’t even offered. I was instructed to order parking passes for the windshield. What I got was a pass that goes on the OUTSIDE of the windshield. Why would a parking pass go on the outside of the window?? They would be stolen. The sad part is, they didn’t even give me the option for the sticker to go on the “inside or outside” of the window. What really hurts, is that my small business was penalized by this error of over $2,000!!!! The actual pass I needed to buy was only $600. I’m just sick about this and frankly, cannot afford this. I was given a 25% discount on my next order, but that is only a drop in the bucket for what I paid. Can you make your website a bit more clear about what you can make for the inside and outside - I assumed a parking pass would ALWAYS go on the inside.

Hey Roberta, As stated over the phone, we don't offer reflective vinyl for inside application. The material was changed to reflective when the order was being built as the default material is the inside application. We manufacture outside application parking permits because some clients prefer the visibility as well as permits for bikes, golf carts, and boats. In the future you can call to have us go over the cart before placing the order as well.
