If the dimensions of your design don’t match what you ordered, we’ll resize the sticker to fit your design without stretching or distorting it. For example, if you order a 10"x10" sticker but upload a design that’s 10"x5", we’ll make your sticker 10"x5" and refund the difference. We always preserve the original proportions of your artwork.

The best sticker size depends on where you plan to use it. Smaller stickers work great on items like water bottles, while larger sizes are better for laptops or packaging. Some of the most popular sizes are 3x3", 4x4", 1x1" circles, 2x2", and 3.5x2" (business card size).

Here are a few tips to help you decide:

• Sticker type: Printed stickers can be as small as 0.5"x0.5" on a sheet. Transfer stickers usually need to be larger, especially for detailed designs, since they're cut from vinyl without a background.
• Design complexity: If your design includes small text or fine details, choose a larger size like 3.5x2" to keep everything readable. Simpler designs often look great on smaller stickers like 2x2".
• Purpose: Make sure the sticker fits the intended use. Labels should match your product size, decals should be big enough to be seen from a distance, and branding stickers should be visible without overwhelming the space.
• Shape: A 3x3" square is a flexible option that works well for lots of uses—from giveaways to packaging and everything in between.

Although we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy, feel free to call us to discuss any issue you have within 60 days of your purchase.

Refunds

If we are unable to provide the product or material you ordered, we will provide alternative options. If those alternatives are not acceptable, we will provide store credit or a refund of that line item.

Changes / Modifications

In order to offer lightning fast turnaround times, orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Line items that have been sent into production cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to change something about your order, please call our Customer Service team at 888-271-5175 during normal business hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
